How a project runs

The same four steps on every job, from a bathroom to a building.

  1. Site visit

    We walk the property with you, listen to what you want, and take measurements. No charge.

  2. Fixed-price bid

    Within 10 business days you get a written, line-item price with a start and finish date.

  3. Build

    Your project manager sends a written update with photos every Friday until we're done.

  4. Final walkthrough

    We go room by room with you and close out every punch-list item before we call it finished.

We're a team of 34, big enough to run a commercial build-out and a custom home at the same time, and small enough that you'll have Dana's cell number before we break ground.
